Dewi Penrhyn Jones (born in Wrexham in 1994) is a current professional Cricketer season 2014/15 with Glamorgan County Cricket Club. Dewi attended Ysgol Bodhyfryd junior school and Ysgol Morgan Llwyd in Wrexham before taking his GCSE's and A levels at Ellesmere College in Shropshire where he was offered a cricketing Scholarship. Dewi played cricket for Brymbo C.C at Junior and senior level and represented Wales at all levels from Under 11's to the senior team Wales Minor Counties Cricket Club who play in the Minor Counties Cricket Championship.Dewi was selected for Glamorgan's academy in 2013 before being offered a professional contract in September 2014.
